Delivery Queries

Delivery of Subscription Boxes: Shipping Schedule: Subscription boxes are dispatched at the end of each month, with the intent of reaching you within the first week of the following month. 

Delivery of One-Off Sets Order Processing: Orders placed before 6 pm will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days and posted as standard delivery.
 

Notification: You will receive an email notification when your parcel is en route to you. 

Delivery Timeframes: Our delivery partners strive to deliver within specified timeframes, though these are estimations. In case of any issues, please allow an additional 2-3 working days for your parcel to arrive.  

Unreceived Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived or you encounter difficulties locating your delivery, kindly contact us via email.  
 

Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, we will promptly email you with tracking information. The courier will further provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery.

 

Delivery Timeframes UK: For most locations, our Standard Delivery service aims to deliver within 3-4 working days.

Please note some UK postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland, may experience a slightly extended delivery timeframe of 4-6 working days.

International Deliveries: Yeh baby, we're international. 

Some international shipments have customs fees upon reaching their destination. Customers will be notified by the shipping service to settle these fees for package delivery.

 

Please note that any customs fees incurred upon arrival are not our responsibility.

 

In certain countries, customs clearance may take 2 weeks or more. Delays in customs processing do not qualify for a refund. If your order is held up in customs, it is the Buyer's responsibility to liaise with the relevant authorities.

Shipping Policy

Lost/Damaged Items: We regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged items during transit. It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. Once proof of delivery is provided, our responsibility ceases.    

Order Finalisation

All orders are considered final once placed. This includes charges from direct debits associated with recurring subscriptions. If you wish to cancel, it must be done before the scheduled payment date. Any payment processed is final and non-refundable.      

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Our commitment to hygiene and your satisfaction means that once an item has been dispatched, it is considered final sale. Please ensure accurate sizing and style preferences before completing your purchase. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you prior to placing your order.

Packaging

Outer Packaging: Understanding the importance of privacy, your package will be delivered in an biodegradable mailer bag, featuring solely the Frore Logo. Notably, there will be no reference to The Lingerie Club, ensuring the utmost discretion.
