Yes- we have gift boxes! Head to our Gift boxes tab and you can gift either a one of box or a gifted subscription package.

With the nature of the box being lingerie we regret to inform you that all sales of underwear are final and therefore non-refundable.

We aim to ship all our subscription boxes in the last week of each month. To ensure they arrive on your doorstep for the new month. You'll be sent an email with you tracking details on so you can follow your lingerie to your door.

If you happen to receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Despite our high packaging standards, occasional mistakes can occur. Rest assured, resolving your query with speed and minimal inconvenience is our top priority as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

In certain instances, additional information, such as pictures, may be required to determine the best course of action. Lingerie should be inclusive and cater to women of diverse body shapes and sizes, at current we offer sizes S-XL and as we grow our sizes and inclusivity and size range will grow with us. Our bras are mostly soft cup, therefore sizes are based on S-XL.Our garments are meticulously crafted with adjustability in mind, with adjusters to help you get the best fit.

Our lingerie sets consist of bras and underwear in matching sizes, a testament to their versatile design.

If the address is incorrect and the order has been dispatched, we'll await its return before reshipping to the correct address.
