Can I amend my size on my order I just placed?
Depending on how soon you get in touch - we may be able to make amendments. Please drop us an email and one of our team will be in touch.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We're sorry you're looking to cancel! You can drop us an email first to see if we can help.
Otherwise, simply log into your account in the top right hand corner of our website and you can cancel your subscription.
Our best things come in tree subscription plan which are purchased in groups cannot be canceled mid-term.
Do I have to purchase a subscription every month or does it automatically renew?
No need to worry! Your subscription is automatically set to renew, ensuring a seamless flow of our lingerie to you until you decide to cancel.

2. Navigate to Subscription details and select "View scheduled orders."
3. Click on the "Skip" button under the month/s you prefer not to renew.
Can I buy as a gift?
Yes- we have gift boxes! Head to our Gift boxes tab and you can gift either a one of box or a gifted subscription package.
Can I get a refund on my box?
With the nature of the box being lingerie we regret to inform you that all sales of underwear are final and therefore non-refundable.
Where is my order?
We aim to ship all our subscription boxes in the last week of each month. To ensure they arrive on your doorstep for the new month. You'll be sent an email with you tracking details on so you can follow your lingerie to your door.
If I receive an incorrect item, what do I do?
If you happen to receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Despite our high packaging standards, occasional mistakes can occur. Rest assured, resolving your query with speed and minimal inconvenience is our top priority as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
To address this issue, we will assess each case individually when processing the return of the product. In certain instances, additional information, such as pictures, may be required to determine the best course of action. Our goal is to offer the optimal solution promptly, ensuring your satisfaction throughout the resolution process. Thank you for your understanding.
Will my parcel be discreet?
We're keeping it hush-hush.
Your package will arrive in an recyclable postal box with no branding in sight! We get it, discretion is key. It's not just lingerie; it's an experience, and we believe the magic should unfold for you, and only you. Your outer Frore Logo bag is our way of saying, 'Your secret's safe with us!'
I have a faulty item, what do I do?
Oh-no! If in the unlikely event that an item you have received is incorrect or faulty. Please drop our team an email and be assured we will get your order corrected.

I need help with sizing.
Lingerie should be inclusive and cater to women of diverse body shapes and sizes, at current we offer sizes S-XL and as we grow our sizes and inclusivity and size range will grow with us. Our bras are mostly soft cup, therefore sizes are based on S-XL.Our garments are meticulously crafted with adjustability in mind, with adjusters to help you get the best fit.
Our lingerie sets consist of bras and underwear in matching sizes, a testament to their versatile design.

Our ultimate goal is that women of all body types can confidently embrace and enjoy our lingerie. We know we're not there yet with inclusivity - we're a small business as we grow our size range will to!
What do I do if I've entered the wrong shipping address?
Please drop us an email as soon as possible. Once you receive a dispatch confirmation email, the order has been fulfilled, and address changes are no longer possible. If the address is incorrect and the order has been dispatched, we'll await its return before reshipping to the correct address. We cannot be held responsible for address entry errors, so please ensure accurate details during checkout.
